Green Hat Acquires Solstice Software
29th May, London, Green Hat, a leading provider of automated testing solutions, is pleased to announce it's acquisition of Solstice Software ("Solstice"), one of the leading providers of SOA testing products in North America.
Green Hat has been at the forefront of SOA testing since 1996 and has pioneered many industry standard practices around SOA testing and validation, and with this acquisition continues their overall North American growth strategy. The acquisition of Solstice makes Green Hat one of the largest specialist SOA testing companies in the world and as such Green Hat will continue to lead the industry as one of it's most significant players.

The details of the acquisition were not disclosed. However, by acquiring the Solstice business and personnel, Green Hat has become the industry's first truly global SOA testing company with offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
